Q. How will I be monitored?

A. LHD follows all regulations and guidelines set by the court. Our clients are required to wear a GPS device that is monitored and alerts us immediately of any violations. Violations are then reported to the authorities who will then confirm the consequence.

Q. How can I get on house arrest?

A. Once the court determines that home detention for the defendant is more suitable than imprisonment or supervised probation, the defendant is given the option to be released and on home incarceration which is self funded.

A. Clients can also opt into the program when recommended by their attorney or others.

Q. How much does it cost?

A. LHD offers the latest technology of both watches and leg bracelets (clients choice). There is an initial registration and a $12 daily service fee. We are the most affordable in the state while offering prompt and professional service.

Q. How soon can I set up service?

A. Our staff is on call 24 hours/7 days a week. We are willing to travel for an additional fee.
